All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Please ensure you check sizing guides and product details carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product ordered, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

We do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect sizing
• change of mind purchases
• Minor variations in print or colour
• Delivery delays outside our reasonable control

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are only accepted where required by applicable consumer law or where an item is damaged, defective, or materially different from the product ordered.
